- Cost-aware routing — local optimization runs by default, HERE API only invoked when dispatcher chooses it
- Mobile POD capture — drivers upload delivery photos and return to the route list without getting stuck
- Super Admin controls — monitor app-wide HERE usage, blocked calls, cache hits and estimated spend in real time
- Complete dispatch workflow: import orders → optimise routes → assign drivers → capture proof of delivery
- Persistent geocode cache and per-service request limits to keep API spend predictable
